This page explains how to have your data deleted from NavMedIQ by Emediquality. It is the Data Deletion Instructions URL for our Meta / WhatsApp integration.
1. Patients and end users
If you wrote to a clinic through NavMedIQ (web chat, WhatsApp or voice), contact the clinic directly, or email info@navmediq.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including your WhatsApp phone number (or other contact used) and the name of the clinic. The clinic is the data controller, so we forward the request to it and process it together. We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.
2. Clinic customers
In the NavMedIQ Console you can disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account at any time. When you disconnect, your access tokens and the WhatsApp data held for your account are deleted. To delete your whole account, email info@navmediq.com from the registered account address with the subject "Account deletion request".
3. Users who connected through Facebook / Meta
You can remove the NavMedIQ integration at any time in your Meta settings under "Business Integrations" (Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → NavMedIQ → Remove). Then email us at info@navmediq.com if you also want data we hold deleted.
4. Legal retention exceptions
We may keep limited data where the law requires it (for example invoices and tax records), to establish or defend legal claims, or for security and fraud prevention. Such data is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for other purposes.
5. Confirmation and follow-up
We confirm receipt by email, ask for identity verification where needed, and confirm by email when deletion is complete. Questions: info@navmediq.com. See also the Privacy policy.

1. Hastalar ve son kullanıcılar
Bir kliniğe NavMedIQ üzerinden (web sohbet, WhatsApp veya ses) yazdıysanız doğrudan kliniğe başvurabilir ya da "Data deletion request" konusuyla info@navmediq.com adresine, WhatsApp numaranızı (veya kullandığınız diğer iletişim bilgisini) ve klinik adını belirterek e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. Veri sorumlusu klinik olduğundan talebi kliniğe iletir ve birlikte işleriz. Doğrulanmış talebi 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.
2. Klinik müşteriler
NavMedIQ Konsolu'ndan WhatsApp Business Hesabınızın bağlantısını istediğiniz zaman kesebilirsiniz. Bağlantı kesildiğinde erişim token'larınız ve hesabınız için tutulan WhatsApp verileri silinir. Hesabınızın tamamının silinmesi için kayıtlı hesap adresinizden, "Account deletion request" konusuyla info@navmediq.com adresine e-posta gönderin.
3. Facebook / Meta ile bağlanan kullanıcılar
NavMedIQ entegrasyonunu Meta ayarlarınızdaki "Business Integrations" bölümünden istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz (Facebook: Ayarlar ve gizlilik → Ayarlar → Business integrations → NavMedIQ → Kaldır). Elimizdeki verilerin de silinmesini istiyorsanız ayrıca info@navmediq.com adresine yazın.
4. Yasal saklama istisnaları
Kanunun gerektirdiği hallerde (ör. fatura ve vergi kayıtları), hukuki taleplerin tesisi veya savunulması için ya da güvenlik ve dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi amacıyla sınırlı veriyi saklayabiliriz. Bu veriler yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca tutulur ve başka amaçla kullanılmaz.
5. Onay ve takip
Talebin alındığını e-postayla teyit eder, gerekirse kimlik doğrulaması isteriz ve silme tamamlandığında e-postayla bildiririz. Sorular için: info@navmediq.com. Ayrıca bkz. Gizlilik politikası.
